Alejandro Ortiz Rivera
Alejandro Ortiz Rivera is a Puerto Rico-based tax and advisory professional with more than a decade of hands-on experience in Puerto Rico tax compliance, Act 60 decree services, business valuation, and fund administration.
His practice is built on a simple but firm philosophy: careful, well-documented positions that hold up under scrutiny. Alejandro works closely with clients — from U.S. mainland individuals relocating to Puerto Rico, to local businesses and investment funds — to ensure their tax positions are sound, their decrees are compliant, and their financial records are clean.
Before founding FinTax Advisors, Alejandro developed deep expertise across Puerto Rico's regulatory environment, including Hacienda filings, DDEC and OIN compliance, OCIF-regulated fund reporting, and cross-border U.S.–Puerto Rico tax planning.
